FAQS
What do I need to have to book?
- 2.5 Meter x 2.5 meter flat soild surface (Grass, atrifical grass, paving and structurally sound decking is all suitable)
- Water source, either outisde cold or hot tap. Or a indoor tap fitting (fitting has to be provided by the customer and must be tested before booking)
- Power source
- Either outdoor socket or indoor socket (Indoor socket there must be access through window for lead).
- Secure, private & locked garden. Must be present for set up & take down.
Do we need to pay a deposit to book?
We require a £60 deposit to book which will be taken off the final payment, this is non refundable.
Do you do the set up and how does the water get drained away?
We fully install the hot tub and gazebo, you don’t need to do anything other than show us where its going! We also drain the water away to the nearest drain using out industrial pump. Don’t worry we don’t put it onto your beloved grass!
How long does it take to heat up?
This does depend on the weather on the weekend, it can take anywhere to 12 hours when its summer, to 30 hours when its snowing! We give you a full day to heat up regardless to heat up so you don’t lose anytime off your booking.
